Memo. No: 2674/Plg.V/2018: The Government of Telangana has decided to have an integrated web portal containing the detailed and latest information on the lines of Statistical Year Book prepared by DES, pertaining to all the departments on certain key parameters from village level to state level with drill-down, query-based reports.
All the departments of the Telangana State Government are requested to identify two officers from their respective departments to provide data and approval for preparation of Statistical Year Book online every year. Name, Designation, Office, Location and Mobile number of the identified officers should be submitted to the Planning Department immediately.
All the content and data must be verified and validated by the respective departments before approving for the final publication of Statistical Year Book.
The scope the Statistical Year Book is enhanced to add micro level data of each sector to provide analytical information. Data must be submitted for the smallest unit/office for compilation of district wise drill-down, query-based reports.

All departments and sub-departments are requested to login and verify the credentials provided.
Village wise data submission process will be closed on 30th November on the official website.
Data verification and approval process by Mandals will be closed on 10th December. No further modifications at mandal level will be allowed after the last date.
District wise data finalisation and approval process will be closed on 20th December for all the sectors/departments.
Final approval by state offices (head quarters) for all the respective sectors will be closed by 25th December.
